Assistant Manager- Franchise Development
Role Summary
We are looking for field-level executive to support franchise acquisition across cities. The role will work closely with city leadership to identify and qualify potential franchise partners, nurture leads through follow-ups and site assessments and support the end-to-end onboarding process to enable rapid network expansion in the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities-
- Scout and generate franchise leads through field visits, local networks, brokers, property owners and business communities
- Qualify prospects based on key criteria (commercial space availability, location suitability, investment intent, and partner fit)
- Maintain a structured follow-up cadence via calls/WhatsApp/visits to nurture leads and move them through the acquisition funnel
- Coordinate site visits and preliminary assessments with city leadership and internal stakeholders (planning/deployment/ops as needed)
- Support partner onboarding documentation, KYC collection and agreement finalisation
- Track and update lead status in CRM; ensure accurate funnel reporting (new leads, qualified leads, site visits, closures)
- Assist in local outreach activities (events, associations, fleet operators, referrals) to build a steady pipeline
- Provide market insights (local competitor activity, high-demand pockets, landlord expectations) to city leadership.
Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years' experience in field sales, channel sales, real estate sales/leasing, telecom/infra sales or franchise sales
- Strong communication skills (local language + Hindi/English preferred)
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork, travel within city/region and meeting prospects daily
- Highly organized with follow-up discipline and a “closure mindset”
Education
- Any Graduate (MBA not required)
