About the Role:

We are seeking a Full Stack Lead/Architect (10+ exp) with deep expertise in Golang (backend) and React / Next.js (frontend) to drive end-to-end architecture, solution design, and large-scale implementation of cloud-native platforms. This role demands strong hands-on capability along with proven experience in designing complex systems and delivering enterprise-scale programs.

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of experience in full stack development with strong focus on architecture and system design
Proven experience as a Lead/Architect delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions end-to-end
Strong hands-on expertise in Golang backend development
Strong experience in React.js and Next.js frontend architecture and development
Extensive experience in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
