The Role

We''''re building the next frontier of shopping experience and hospitality, leveraging voice and chat agents to offer an experience as close as possible to a real store, guiding shoppers to the right product. The problems we''''re solving span recommendation systems, custom widget

development, prompt management, and more. We''''re hiring intermediate full-stack engineers to help us tackle these challenges and ship faster

across our voice agent platform, merchant dashboard, and integrations. You''''ll work alongside our in-house team on the systems that power thousands of live AI agents. Engagement: Contract Location: Fully remote, any timezone (async-friendly some overlap with Tokyo or SF business hours is a plus) Level: Intermediate (4+ years of professional experience)

What You''''ll Do

Work on our recommendation system, helping shoppers find the right product through

conversation

Build and iterate on custom widgets that bring the voice and chat experience onto

merchant sites

Contribute to our prompt management infrastructure and the workflows around it
Own a major part of our integrations story, bringing in and processing user data from

merchant platforms and third-party sources to power a more personalized shopping

Experience

Integrate with third-party platforms (Shopify, e-commerce APIs, voice/LLM providers)
Ship production code with proper testing, observability, and code review
Leverage AI coding tools to move faster without sacrificing quality
Collaborate with product, design, and our internal engineering team in English

What We''''re Looking For

4+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience
Strong experience with Ruby on Rails or a similar ORM-based framework (Django,

Laravel, NestJS with TypeORM/Prisma, etc.)

Familiarity with TypeScript, comfortable reading and writing it, no need to be an expert
Hands-on experience building with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or

Codex

Solid experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or

GCP)

Clean Git workflow and a habit of writing testable, maintainable code
Professional written English able to work async with a distributed team
Bonus: LLM API integrations, voice/audio pipelines, Shopify app development, or

e-commerce platform experience
