Functional Architect (AI-Native | Cross-Domain)

We are hiring a Functional Architect to drive end-to-end functional architecture across multiple business domains. This role focuses on domain modeling, NFR ownership, and bridging business with technology, with a strong emphasis on AI-first system design.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Define functional architecture, domain models & data flows
Translate business requirements into scalable system designs
Own NFRs: performance, scalability, security, compliance
Ensure cross-domain consistency and integration patterns
Partner with product, business, and engineering teams
Enable AI-ready architectures (LLMs, RAG, intelligent workflows)

✅ Mandatory Skills
8–15 years in Functional / Solution / Technical Architecture
Strong in:
Domain modeling (ERDs, functional design)
NFR definition & governance
API design & data modeling
Experience with:
Microservices & Domain Driven Design (DDD)
Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Ability to translate business needs into scalable architecture
Strong stakeholder communication skills

Good to Have
Exposure to AI-native systems (LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, agents)
Experience across multiple domains / enterprise platforms
Knowledge of BPMN/UML, ADRs, event-driven architecture
Background from Technical Architect → Functional Architect
