Job Description – F&O SCM Consultant
We are seeking an experienced F&O SCM Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Supply Chain Management processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, support integrations, and optimize SCM operations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O SCM.
Configure and support SCM modules including:
Procurement & Sourcing
Inventory Management
Warehouse Management
Sales & Distribution
Master Planning
Production Control
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Work with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and data migration activities.
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), process flows, and user training materials.
Support system testing including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
Ensure best practices and compliance with organizational standards.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM modules.
Knowledge of supply chain business processes and ERP implementation lifecycle.
Experience with configuration, workflows, security roles, and reporting.
Understanding of integrations using APIs, Power Platform, or Azure services.
Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries is an advantage.
