Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Generative AI (Gen AI) to lead and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Gen AI technologies and their application in project management, ensuring successful project delivery while driving innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Utilize Gen AI tools and methodologies to enhance project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders effectively.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in Gen AI best practices.

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience in project management with a focus on Gen AI technologies.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills

Experience in AI/ML project implementations.
Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree or relevant certifications in AI/ML is a plus.
