Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying AI/ML models, with a deep understanding of Gen AI technologies and their applications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI.
Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved performance and scalability.
Mentor and guide junior team members in AI/ML best practices.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning.

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies and frameworks.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Extensive experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
10-15 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering.
Proven track record of successful AI/ML project delivery.
