We're hiring Generative AI Artists to join Lucid @ Purplle full-time.

Your job is to make world class images and videos for our brands using current generative AI tools, with the taste, judgement and craft of an artist behind every frame, not the default output

of a model. No AI Slop tolerated here.

You'll work across a portfolio of brands alongside writers, directors, designers and producers

on the Lucid creative team, and own the visual output end-to-end on the projects you take on.

If you enjoy translating a brief into a look, sweating frames and finishing work properly, you'll enjoy this role.

What you'll own

The visual output of campaigns, social, brand films and pitch material

A consistent look and feel for the brands you're assigned to, in partnership with the brand

and creative leads

A library of references, prompts and visual systems that the team can build on

The quality bar for AI-generated work that goes out under our brands

What you'll do day to day

Take a brief and translate it into visual direction, references, look, style, mood

Generate, iterate and finish image and video assets using current generative AI tools

Design key hero frames or sequences yourself

Build and maintain prompt libraries and brand style references for each brand

Stay on top of new models and tools as they ship, test them, share what's useful and finally bring it into our workflows

Collaborate with writers, directors, designers and producers across Lucid

Help maintain a shared archive of work, references and working files that the team can trust

You can articulate why a frame works and why another one doesn't

You're as interested in finished, distinctive work as you are in a clever model trick

You can navigate feedback from multiple stakeholders without losing the core idea

Experience we're looking for

Open across levels, we hire on portfolio and judgement, not years

A portfolio that shows:
Finished work, not raw model outputs
A range of looks, not one signature filter
Both image and video work, with intentional pacing on the video pieces
Where relevant, a short note on the brief, your process and your role
Hands-on fluency with current generative AI tools for image and video
Comfort with the wider creative process,references, decks, reviews, revisions, deadlines
A background in photography, cinematography, design, illustration, motion or fine art is a plus, not a requirement

This is a hands-on role inside Lucid's core creative team. We work across a portfolio of brands and projects, so you'll be juggling more than one thing at a time. We care about taste and craft, but we also care about speed, clarity and follow-through. You'll have space to do deep, distinctive work, but you'll also be expected to help solve daily realities with the team.
