a Global Supplier Quality Governance and Oversight professional, you will lead
GxP-critical supplier lifecycle and supplier escalation activities across the
Lonza network. In this role, you will provide governance, oversight, and
strategic direction to supplier quality operations while ensuring regulatory
compliance, operational excellence, and alignment across global sites and
stakeholders. You will also serve as a key escalation point for supplier-related
risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the global supplier

Benefits. What you will do • Lead and oversee GxP-critical supplier lifecycle
and supplier escalation processes, ensuring inspection readiness and compliance
across global supplier operations. • Serve as the primary escalation point for
supplier quality risks and coordinate cross-site supplier escalation activities
to ensure effective communication and risk management across Lonza sites. •
Provide leadership and operational oversight to the supplier quality team,
ensuring productivity, process adherence, and continuous improvement within
supplier quality operations. • Drive implementation, governance, and continuous
enhancement of supplier quality management processes, systems, and compliance
standards for GxP and ISO-regulated suppliers. • Partner closely with global
stakeholders and Lonza sites to strengthen supplier lifecycle management,
improve collaboration, and align supplier quality strategies across the network.
• Establish and lead cross-functional governance forums and continuous
improvement initiatives related to supplier management, supplier compliance, and
operational excellence. • Support training and capability development for global
sites and stakeholders on supplier lifecycle processes, supplier quality
expectations, and regulatory compliance requirements. What we are looking for •
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline. • 10 - 15
years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, Supplier Governance,
or Supplier Lifecycle Management within a regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or
life sciences environment. • Strong understanding of supplier lifecycle
management, supplier quality systems, and the pharmaceutical value chain within
GxP and ISO-regulated environments. • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements
related to supplier qualification, supplier compliance, and supplier risk
management for material and service providers. • Proven leadership and
stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, guide, and align
cross-functional global teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving
capabilities with the ability to manage complex supplier quality issues,
competing priorities, and business risks. • Business fluent in written and
spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively across Quality,
