Job Description
The Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO. will play a pivotal role in shaping the IT landscape of the organization. This senior leadership position requires a visionary leader to drive all applications and device business IT strategy in consultation with Senior Leadership. The CTO will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading IT infrastructure within the business across all geographies, ensuring seamless integration and operation. This role demands a strategic thinker who can partner with business units for all machine and process-related automation, enhancing efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementations, IT infrastructure, and data center deployment. Additionally, the CTO will be instrumental in fostering collaboration across departments to align IT initiatives with business goals.

Principal Accountabilities
Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with the companys business objectives ensuring technological advancements support overall growthbrOversee the maintenance and upgrading of IT infrastructure across all business geographies ensuring systems are secure efficient and scalablebrPartner with business units to drive machine and processrelated automation enhancing productivity and operational efficiencybrConduct annual and periodic budgeting and review of all IT initiatives ensuring financial alignment with strategic goalsbrEstablish and direct IT strategy policies and procedures in alignment with Group IT initiatives fostering a cohesive and innovative IT environmentbrPropose hardware and software solutions to meet the companys business objectives ensuring technological resources are optimizedbrDetermine longterm IT systems needs and manage hardware acquisitions ensuring the organization is equipped for future challengesbrEvaluate and select new IT projects in industrial automation data analysis and AI driving innovation and competitive advantagebrRoll out and drive the change management process for IT initiatives and systems ensuring smooth transitions and user adoptionbrIdentify user needs and provide postimplementation support for IT initiatives ensuring systems meet operational requirementsbrMaintain IT infrastructure across business locations ensuring consistent performance and reliabilitybrDrive sharing of best practices and horizontal deployment of ideas across locations fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
