Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

Basic awareness of mould and die casting design and manufacturing is required
Hands on experience in Creo, AutoCAD Related to Press tool.
Faster Product refresh through proper planning and execution
Process planning for new products including process capability.
APQP, Time plan, Project Management and preparing project status for review- Related to press tool, Jig ,Fixtures
Planning and monitoring of projects from RFQ to Handover
Tool BOM preparation & Tool costing validation
Good Knowledge Tool Room machining process -Wire cut, VMC, CNC, Grinding, Milling, drilling, hardening etc…
Team handling -Leading 4-5 design team leaders

Competency (Candidate Profile)

Diploma in Tool & Die making or a Diploma in Tool & Die making with Post Diploma in Tool Design should be considered
7+ years relevant experience in Design/Manufacturing of Press Tool, Jig, fixture ,gauges
Good problem solving skills
Proven expertise in leading design engineers 4-5 Nos
Hands-on experience on Creo & AutoCAD 2000 mandatory
Good communication and coordination skills
Good CFT Coordination
