Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

Overall control of process and departments.
Review of Tool room activity.
Solving of cross functional issue if any.
Co-ordination with SD for process handover, Tooling capacity,quality,TI work.
Review of team leaders.
Training to team leaders, wrt system, work, housekeeping.
Solving RM issue of tools, gauges.
Solve the issue if any during tool trial.
Tool development wrt tool trial.
Ensure smooth flow of tool room activities.
Quality increase and cost reduction activities.
Monitoring of RM tool PM frequency.
Review of tool room capacity.
Solve team leaders issues wrt work if any.
Tool Lbr Charge Costing & Validation

Competency (Candidate Profile)

Experience Required- 10 experienced Years Tool & Die Making From NTTF/GTTC/CITD, Minimum 8 year experience in manufacturing of Press Tools, Experience in light precision Industry is desirable.
Skill Requirement-
Tool Design
Tool Manufacturing
RM and PM of press tool
Tool Trial and approval
Good knowledge in PPAP
