Job Title: Growth Associate - US Shift
Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
Working Days: 5 days/week (Fixed off on Wednesday & Thursday)
Timing: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Shift: Night Shift
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and energetic Pre-Sales Associate to support our business development and outreach efforts. This role is ideal for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, are target-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
The candidate will play a key role in lead generation, customer engagement, and driving business growth through outbound calling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make up to 120 outbound calls daily to potential leads/customers.
Pitch products/services effectively and generate interest among prospects.
Schedule demos, follow-ups, and support conversion activities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and daily activities.
Coordinate with the Growth and Sales teams for reporting and insights.
Share End-of-Day (EOD) reports regularly with the reporting manager.
Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
Requirements
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Comfortable working with targets and high daily call volumes.
Immediate availability preferred.
Willingness to work from the Gurgaon office.
Must own a personal laptop.
Comfortable working in the night shift (9 PM – 7 AM).
Prior experience in sales, customer support, telecalling, or business development will be an added advantage.
