Growth Intern [AI Native]

Fabric is hiring a Growth Intern to own a single growth channel and move key metrics. This is not a generalist role — candidates pick one track (LinkedIn content, Twitter/X content, video content, SEO/AEO, or growth hacking), go deep, and own it. The role offers tools, feedback loops, and room to actually move a number at an early-stage AI startup.

Key Responsibilities

Pick one growth channel and own it: LinkedIn content, Twitter/X content, video content, SEO/AEO, or growth hacking.
Write and ship founder and brand content aimed at staffing and IT services leaders (for LinkedIn track).
Build in public with threads, takes, and replies inside the AI-hiring conversation (for Twitter/X track).
Create scripts to final cut for short-form social content, product demos, and founder clips (for video content track).
Own organic discovery through traditional SEO and answer-engine optimization for ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity (for SEO/AEO track).
Find unconventional channels through outbound experiments, scraping and automation, referral loops, and community plays (for growth hacking track).
Study what lands and iterate every week.
