Hiring – Guest Relations Executive (Front Office, Female )

Requirements:
Female candidates only
Minimum height: 5’5”
Good communication & pleasing personality
Experience in hospitality/front office preferred

Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations within hospitality or luxury hotel industry.

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Ensure excellent guest experience throughout their stay
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally
Maintain front office etiquette and hospitality standards
Assist in VIP guest handling and customer relationship management
