Job Summary: BHIVE Group is looking for a dynamic and strategic Head – Enterprise Sales to lead enterprise business development and revenue growth across our managed office portfolio. This leadership role will be responsible for driving large enterprise sales, building high-value client relationships, leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring seamless deal execution from acquisition to expansion.
BHIVE is entering its next phase of growth—moving beyond mid-sized workspace clients to serve large, multi-year, high-commitment enterprise customers and, over time, Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Sales Leadership
Lead and drive enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue and occupancy targets across BHIVE locations.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of large enterprise clients, GCCs, startups, and strategic accounts.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for managed office and solutions.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.

Team Management & Capability Building
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers and Sales professionals.
Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability-building initiatives.
Foster a high-performance and collaborative sales culture.

Client Relationship Management
Serve as the key point of contact for enterprise clients and strategic stakeholders.
Build long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, IPCs, and channel partners.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the client lifecycle.
Proactively manage client expectations and resolve escalations effectively.

Deal Closure & Commercial Negotiations
Lead end-to-end deal management including commercial negotiations, proposals, agreements, addendums, and closures.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Drive faster deal closures while ensuring profitability and risk mitigation.
Project Coordination & Delivery
Act as the business lead during workspace build-outs and project execution.
Coordinate closely with design, projects, operations, and facility teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure client requirements are translated effectively into execution plans and delivered to satisfaction.

IPC & Channel Partner Management
Build and strengthen relationships with IPCs, brokers, and channel partners to generate qualified leads.
Create strategic engagement plans with IPC networks to drive consistent business opportunities.
Ensure effective lead allocation and tracking within the sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile:
14–18 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management.
Proven track record in enterprise leasing, managed office spaces, commercial real estate, or related sectors.
Strong experience in handling large enterprise accounts and high-value negotiations.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of commercial contracts, legal documentation, and sales operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership and accountability.
