YOUR ROLE

* Lead end‑to‑end operating model transformation initiatives with AI integrated
into core processes, decision flows, and governance.
* Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing team of 20 strategy and process
consultants.
* Develop AI‑first frameworks, assets, and accelerators to support global
demand.
* Engage with senior executives and CXO stakeholders to shape transformation
roadmaps.
* Oversee delivery excellence across multi‑location, multi‑cultural client
environments.

YOUR PROFILE

* 10+ years of consulting experience with strong exposure to operating model
design, enterprise transformation, or process consulting.
* Proven track record leading medium or large consulting teams.
* Experience with AI/ML‑driven transformation (strategy, process, or
implementation).
* Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
