Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic HR partner to business units by aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, performance monitoring, contract management, and dispute resolution.
Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, contract labor regulations, and applicable state acts.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate organizational risks related to labor and HR issues.
Collaborate with line managers on manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce deployment strategies.
Lead and coordinate HR audits, inspections, and labor office interactions.
Deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership on HR metrics, workforce trends, and compliance reports.
Promote a performance-driven culture by supporting performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and vendor records.

Experience & Qualification

Minimum 8 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) or Manufacturing sectors.

Any UG/PG Degree.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong expertise in vendor management and statutory compliance.
Knowledge of labour laws.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships across functions and with external stakeholders.
High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
