Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Saket, Delhi (Work from Office)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays off)

Internship Type: Paid

Duration: 2 Months

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in recruitment.

The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channel.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Schedule follow-ups and maintain regular communication with candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Post job openings on various hiring platforms
Assist with offer rollout and onboarding coordination for selected candidates
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support the HR team with additional recruitment-related tasks as needed

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and coordination skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Previous internship experience in recruitment is a plus
