Hr Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter( immediate joiners preferred )

Location: Pitampura, New Delhi (Onsite)

Experience: 1-4 Years

About the Role : We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with proven experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and delivering within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Handle bulk hiring requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases
Conduct initial screening and HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Build a strong and consistent talent pipeline

Key Requirements

1-4 years of relevant experience in recruitment
Strong exposure to bulk hiring and BPO hiring
Experience in junior-level hiring
Exposure to IT and Non-IT recruitment preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment Working Days
Monday to Saturday ( Half Day)
