Role & Responsibilities:

* Accountable for maintenance, troubleshooting and design of HR systems
* Accountable for partnering with Information Systems team, Data & Reporting
teams and HR Operations Service Delivery teams on system updates, to ensure
any amends to requirements / processes are delivered
* Accountable for HR Operations tools from a functional perspective and
ensuring they are fit for purpose (e.g. case management, knowledge management
& HR Portal)
* Supporting minor/major software and hardware upgrades ensuring that change
management procedures are followed
* Responsible for the identification, testing and resolution of escalated
incidents from frontline support teams and assisting with the command &
control for major incident and service outages.

* HRIS Strategy: Support the HR Systems and MI Lead with the delivery of the
future HR system landscape, which culminates in a short and long range plan
that must be coherent and measurable, striking the right balance between
stretch targets and realistic expectations. Support HR Operations strategy
planning by providing relevant HRIS inputs and analysis
* HRIS Maintenance / Enhancement: Maintain and improve HRIS systems as well as
identifying and bringing forward opportunities for improvement and new
functionality, as appropriate
* Measure & Monitor: Support the on-going development/enhancement of the new HR
Operations organization from an HRIS perspective; responsible for HR specific
IT support including liaison with IT department.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business, Computer
Science, or a related field.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience including 2+ years of experience in a data
analyst or data operations role, preferably involving mass data handling or
system updates.
* Proven experience working with large datasets and tools for data manipulation
(e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or data transformation platforms).
* Familiarity with key HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP, Time &
Attendance modules, Payroll knowledge).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Experience in preparing data for uploads using templates, macros, or
automated tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight
deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 5+ years of working experience with 1 to 2 more specifically in IT and /or HR
IT space
* Experience of communicating and coordinating initiatives across functional
and technical boundaries
* Knowledge of “Best of Breed” HR IT Systems and integration models
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
* Chinese/ Mandarin - written and oral communication (highly preferred)
* Certification is SuccessFactors (highly preferred)
* Excellent IT skills
* Proven HR Skills
* Proven people management skills
* A widely used international language(s) is desirable
