Role & Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and execute mass data uploads into the SuccessFactors system,
ensuring accuracy, compliance, smooth integration and minimal disruption to
operations.
* Manage and implement organizational structure changes, including department
restructures, reporting line updates, and job/position mapping.
* Analyse, clean, validate, and transform data from various sources to support
system updates and bulk processing.
* Develop and maintain tools, templates, and scripts to streamline mass upload
and data transformation processes.
* Collaborate with different HR teams, DigitalX, and Business Operations teams
to gather requirements, test system changes, and verify data integrity
post-load.
* Support change initiatives by ensuring accurate reflection of structural
updates in the core HR System and any integrated systems/tools.
* Maintain documentation on data processes, load procedures, and technical
instructions for future reference.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and increased
efficiency in data handling.
* Ensure compliance with internal data governance and security protocols.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business, Computer
Science, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or data operations role, preferably
involving mass data handling or system updates.
* Proven experience working with large datasets and tools for data manipulation
(e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or data transformation platforms).
* Familiarity with key HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP, Time &
Attendance modules, Payroll knowledge).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Experience in preparing data for uploads using templates, macros, or
automated tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight
deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Understanding of HR, payroll, or organizational management processes.
* Familiarity with change management or transformation projects involving
structural reorganizations
* Strong documentation and process-mapping skills
