HRIS Analyst I (Remote)

Full time, India

The HRIS Data Quality & Process Excellence Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across SAP SuccessFactors and connected systems. The role will act as the global owner of HR data quality standards, system validations, and HR process adherence, enabling data-backed decision-making and operational efficiency.

As a HRIS Analyst I , you will

Define and maintain global HR data standards across: Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Performance
Establish mandatory fields, validations, and data controls by country and legal entity
Design and run regular data quality audits and exception reports
Monitor data consistency across integrated systems and downstream consumers
Own and document end-to-end HR processes in SuccessFactors
Identify process gaps, manual workarounds, and compliance risks
Partner with HR Ops, Payroll, Finance, and IT to streamline processes
Act as escalation point for data and process-related issues
Configure and maintain: Business Rules, Business Configuration UI settings, Role-Based Permissions (data protection & compliance)
Ensure SuccessFactors enforces correct data entry (no reliance on training alone)
Support global rollouts, enhancements, and new country implementations
Build and maintain data quality dashboards and health metrics
Provide insights on recurring issues and root causes
Support People Analytics and leadership reporting by ensuring trusted data
Work with HRIS, AMS partners, and core leads to improve data maturity

About You

Experience working with HRIS platforms, with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors
Strong expertise in Employee Central
Proven experience managing data quality in global HR systems
Deep understanding of HR data structures and HR lifecycle processes
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with global stakeholders
