Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed for proactive problem-solvers looking to gain hands-on corporate HR experience, work alongside seasoned people operations experts, and contribute to impactful talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support: Assist recruiters with sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Onboarding & Operations: Help facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including documentation verification, tool provisioning coordination, and orientation support.
Employee Engagement: Brainstorm, plan, and execute employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and internal cultural events to foster a collaborative work environment.
HR Analytics & Data Management: Maintain and update employee databases with high accuracy. Generate basic HR metrics reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
HR Projects: Assist the HR business partners (HRBPs) in policy documentation, research on industry best practices, and special organizational development projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Human Resources (or equivalent Master's degree in Management with an HR specialization).
Experience: Prior internship experience in HR recruitment or operations is preferred.
Technical Skills: Prior experience working with MS Excel/Google Sheet (data handling, basic formulas, formatting) and MS Word/Google Docs (documentation).
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence to interact with employees at all levels.
Mindset: Absolute maintainer of data confidentiality, a strong sense of independent ownership, and a proactive attitude toward solving employee-centric challenges.
