Human Resources Intern

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and assist with everyday HR functions. This internship is perfect for someone who’s passionate about people, is eager to learn, and wants hands-on exposure to dynamic HR operations in a creative startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and fun in-office activities
Maintain HR documentation and databases
Support onboarding and exit formalities
Participate in performance tracking and feedback cycles
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and ad-hoc tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Currently pursuing/completed graduation in HR or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
Passionate about people and company culture
Basic understanding of HR concepts

Note:

This is a full-time, compulsory 6-month internship based in Mumbai. Applicants must be available to work from the office.
