This position reports to the Head of Identity and Access Management (IAM) within Xerox. The qualified candidate will provide technical leadership in the design, implementation, and evolution of Xerox’s enterprise Identity and Access Management capabilities. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Cyber Security professionals to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant IAM solutions that align with business strategy and cyber risk priorities.

The ideal candidate combines deep IAM technical expertise with strong architectural vision, leadership, and the ability to influence across the enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities:

Define and maintain enterprise IAM architectures and roadmaps aligned with business objectives, technology strategy, and security requirements
Architect and lead the design, acquisition, implementation, and integration of enterprise‑scale IAM solutions
Design and implement robust IAM processes that support business enablement while meeting security, regulatory, and compliance requirements
Drive delivery of prioritized and funded IAM initiatives aligned with top cyber security risks and strategic programs
Provide technical oversight and guidance to the IAM operations team and serve as an escalation point for complex operational issues and incidents
Act as a trusted technical subject matter expert (SME), advising project and application teams on secure integration with IAM platforms and services
Partner with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Business teams to ensure consistent identity standards and controls across the enterprise
Mentor, coach, and develop technical talent within the IAM organization, fostering best practices and continuous improvement

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Prior large scale IAM implementation/ integration experience including user provisioning, identity governance & administration, single sign on, federation, multi-factor authentication and privileged access management
Prior experience with Zero Trust and Passwordless strategy and implementation
Deep technical knowledge and hands‑on experience across a broad range of IAM platforms, protocols, and standards
Strong knowledge of and experience in security requirements, standards and practices
Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Java, C, C++, or PHP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast‑paced, enterprise environment
Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
High standards of personal and professional integrity, ethics, and accountability

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Security, Engineering, or related discipline
Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MCA, MS)
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in IAM domain

One or more industry‑recognized security or IAM certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IAM‑specific certifications)
