The Role
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to drive successful onboarding and deployment of LeadSquared’s LOS platform for clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring seamless delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of LeadSquared LOS solutions for clients
Understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations
Configure workflows, lead management, integrations, and automation within the platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support) for smooth delivery
Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables
Conduct user training sessions and enable client teams for platform adoption
Troubleshoot issues during and post implementation
Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful go-live
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation / consulting roles
Hands-on experience with LOS (Loan Origination Systems) or BFSI domain
Strong understanding of workflows, APIs, and system integrations
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Experience in CRM / Marketing Automation platforms is a plus
Knowledge of BFSI processes (Lending lifecycle, underwriting, collections)
Exposure to tools like CRM, ERP, or automation platforms
Basic technical understanding (APIs, webhooks, data mapping)
