About the Role
Focus Softnet is looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to join our Hyderabad team. The role is ideal for professionals who have worked on ERP, CRM, or HCM implementations and can independently manage customer interactions, solution delivery, and project execution.

Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end implementation of ERP, CRM, and HCM solutions.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with customers.
Understand business workflows and map them into application processes.
Configure modules based on customer requirements.
Prepare functional documents, process flows, and solution notes.
Conduct user training, UAT support, and go-live activities.
Coordinate with technical and support teams for issue resolution.
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
Provide post-implementation support and customer guidance.
Build strong customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
B.Tech / BE / MBA / B.Com / M.Com / BBA or equivalent qualification.
Finance specialization or accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
Exposure to CRM and HCM modules.
Good knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, HR, Payroll, or related business operations.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to independently handle customer discussions.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in implementation documentation and training.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

Preferred Skills
Strong finance and accounting background.
Experience in multiple ERP implementations.
Knowledge of cloud ERP solutions.
Exposure to Middle East customers or projects.
Experience working with implementation, support, and development coordination teams.
