This role focuses on legal documentation, compliance, and risk management .

Key Responsibilities

Draft review legal agreements like:
Development Agreements
PAAA (Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement)
Lease Deeds Conveyance Deeds
Perform land title due diligence (ownership verification)
Handle legal notices government communications
Coordinate with:
Municipal corporations
Revenue authorities
Manage:
Disputes litigation
External lawyers
Ensure compliance with:
RERA (Real Estate Regulation Act)
Property redevelopment laws
Qualifications

LLB / LLM (Law degree)
Minimum 7+ years experience in real estate legal work

Strong knowledge of:

MHADA regulations
