1–3 years of hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter or IICS.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration best practices.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience writing Unix/Linux shell scripts.
Experience in incident management tools (ServiceNow or similar).
Exposure to job scheduling tools (ESP or similar).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for ETL and data quality issues.
Good communication skills.
Provide L3 application support for Informatica PC and IICS related ETL jobs.
Monitor batch jobs, workflow and data loads; identify and resolve failures within SLA.
Analyze issues related to data discrepancies, performance and job failure.
Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes.
Coordinate with development, DBA and Admin teams for issue resolution.
Handle production incident, service request and change deployments.
Support releases, patching and migration activities.
Provide status updates and participate in on-call/shift-based support as required.
Basic exposure to cloud platforms (IICS, Snowflake) and cloud data services.
Familiarity with any scripting language such as Shell or Python.
