Infotainment Lead – Automotive
📍 Location: Pune / Bangalore

🚀 Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end infotainment system definition and architecture across vehicle platforms
Lead feature planning, requirements definition, and technical alignment for IVI, connectivity, HMI, and multimedia
Act as the primary technical interface between internal teams, Tier 1 suppliers, and partners
Drive integration of infotainment platforms (Android Automotive / QNX / Embedded Linux)
Oversee delivery of features such as media, navigation, Bluetooth, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, OTA, diagnostics, and voice/HMI
Ensure compliance with ASPICE, Cybersecurity (ISO 21434), and OEM processes
Lead system integration, validation, and vehicle-level testing
Monitor KPIs including boot time, responsiveness, and system stability
Support SOP readiness, change management, and field issue resolution
Contribute to RFQs, supplier selection, and technology roadmap
Mentor and guide infotainment engineers and module owners

🧠 Required Skills
12+ years of experience in automotive infotainment / IVI systems
Strong understanding of vehicle E/E architecture and system interfaces
Hands-on experience working with Tier 1 suppliers
Expertise in Android Automotive, Linux, or QNX platforms
Knowledge of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Cellular, OTA, CAN, and Ethernet
Strong system integration and validation experience
Good understanding of ASPICE and automotive lifecycle
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

✨ Good to Have
Experience with global or Indian OEM programs
Exposure to connected vehicle ecosystems and cloud platforms
Knowledge of HMI/UX validation standards
