What will you do at Fynd?

Drive outbound sales activities through calls, emails, and other communication channels
Connect with potential clients to establish rapport, understand business requirements, and schedule product demos
Engage with enterprise brands, retailers, and ecommerce businesses to generate qualified opportunities
Drive and optimize the leads-to-bookings funnel to improve conversions
Meet and exceed assigned sales and demo scheduling targets
Build and maintain strong relationships across brands and retail partners
Improve customer communication, objection handling, and sales pitch effectiveness
Understand customer pain points and align Fynd’s solutions accordingly
Stay updated on Indian retail, ecommerce, and SaaS market trends
Conduct market research and brand interactions to derive business insights
Prepare effective client presentations, reports, and business proposals

Some Specific Requirements

2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, Ecommerce, or Retail Sales
Strong experience in outbound calling and lead generation
Proven track record in scheduling demos and driving sales conversations
Fluency in regional languages (South Indian languages / North Indian languages preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
Understanding of Ecommerce, Retail Tech, and Supply Chain ecosystem
Ability to engage in enterprise-level conversations with brands and retail partners
Strong negotiation and customer handling capabilities
Ability to understand business margins and revenue impact
Strong presentation and PPT skills
Self-driven, customer-centric, and target-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
