Who are we looking for?
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage decision-makers across organizations
Proven experience in B2B end-to-end sales, preferably within health/medical insurance or employee benefits platforms
Experience in managing the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure
Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance/benefits solutions
Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue generation and closures
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in inside sales, inbound/outbound sales, or growth roles in a similar industry is preferred
Graduate in any discipline

Candidates with prior experience in B2B sales within health insurance, medical insurance, or employee benefits companies similar to Onsurity will be preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience preffered
