1. Inside Sales Executive – EdTech
Role Overview:
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling student/parent inquiries, counselling prospects on online degree/certification programs, and driving conversions through telephonic and digital channels. The role demands strong communication skills, persistence, and customer orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Counsel prospective students on course offerings, career benefits, and admission processes.
Convert inquiries into enrollments while achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM hygiene by updating student details, call logs, and follow-up status.
Provide timely resolution to student queries and ensure a positive admission experience.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and student journey.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in sales/counselling (EdTech or Education sector preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to handle high call volumes.
Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability.
