Representative to accelerate our net-new business and winning logos with
prospects in Americas and UK&I. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years’
experience, having worked in hunting roles, selling SaaS products to global
prospects. Location: · Bangalore, India · Hybrid · USA Shift Who You’ll Report
To: · The Director of Inside Sales You Will Make an Impact By Being Responsible
For: · Partner with the SDR team to target and campaign the right prospects and
build inbound pipeline. · Manage and own the entire sales cycle from qualifying
to demonstrations and closing business. · Take ownership of net-new prospects
regarding revenue generation, develop opportunities, manage pipeline, create,
and execute account strategies and close deals. · Achieve maximum sales results
through networking and solution-based selling while liaising and building client
relationships for long-term sustainable business. · Build and manage own
pipeline with active outbound prospecting and using tools like Salesloft. ·
Ability to demo products/solutions independently in early stages of the deal. ·
Partner with SE team to craft solution strategy and presentations for prospects.
· Execute across regions, this will mean working closely with Global Account
teams (as required) to execute the plan locally. Global strategy-Local
execution. · Collaborate closely with regional teams and bring them into deals
to supersize/accelerate deal closure. You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have: ·
List required education or equivalent experience. · Include years of experience,
skills, or certifications. · 8-10 years of overall sales experience with at
least 5 years in international sales (US and/or UK) with enterprise tech
companies (B2B, avg deal size of ~$50k ARR) · 10+ years of end-to-end sales
cycle experience with strong experience selling complex Enterprise software
solutions. · Past experience in working with automation or AI companies
preferred. · Ability to work US and UK hours, as required. · Advanced knowledge
of consultative selling including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, trial
closing, objection handling and closing · Demonstrated competence managing sales
funnel, executing call plans, conducting account-planning, and effectively
implementing account strategies. · Possess the intelligence and aptitude to
position the benefits of Automation Anywhere’s RPA and other Intelligent
automation solutions. · Understand AA’s products inside-out and can creatively
apply the right ones to client situation and requirements. You Excel in These
Key Competencies: · Strong communication and persuasion skills. · Hunter
mindset, with demonstrated experience in owning a deal from opportunity
identification to close. · Passion to create value for your customers and have
the courage to ask the right questions critical to your customer’s success. Can
sell value; demonstrates ability to close a sale. Ability to influence and
provide client with win-win options during difficult negotiations to obtain
maximized results. Can articulate the value of our solutions compared to
competitive options, closing the business while maximizing the return to
prolific customers. · Demonstrated success to own and exceed quota in direct
closing role. · Have a proven track record selling complex SaaS solutions to
net-new prospects and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. · Good
knowledge of enterprise software architecture and technologies and business
process management an advantage. · Demonstrable technical depth with the ability
to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ·
Expertise in MEDDPICC and SFDC will be an added advantage. Ready to
