Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with experience in ServiceNow and/or Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) solutions selling. The candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline by engaging with enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
Engage with key stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders to understand business needs
Promote and position ServiceNow and Cloud-based solutions to prospective clients
Conduct product pitches, demos (in collaboration with presales), and solution discussions
Manage end-to-end inside sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → conversion
Work closely with presales and delivery teams to build customized proposals
Maintain CRM hygiene and track all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and pipeline targets
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / IT Sales
Strong exposure to ServiceNow or Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven track record in B2B sales and lead conversion
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in handling international clients (US/UK/APAC) is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in selling ITSM, ITOM, or Digital Transformation solutions
Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise IT solutions
Exposure to RFP/RFI processes and solution selling
