Technical Expertise Required:
Ability to independently manage and execute client integrations with precision.
In-depth understanding of REST APIs and their practical applications.
Fundamental knowledge of SQL for efficient data handling and query optimization.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting and managing data effectively.
Proficiency in tracking and diagnosing issues using logging tools like Coralogix, cloudwatch, AWS, Dynamo DB and Sentry.
Hands-on experience in making and troubleshooting HTTP calls using tools like Curl and Postman.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools for data processing and reporting.
Comprehensive awareness of the technology stack, particularly Go (Golang), used within Delhivery.
Experience in integrations, including configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing integration touchpoints for seamless logistics and supply chain operations.
Understanding of BFSI clients and their specific logistics requirements is a plus.

Should be able to independently communicate/initiate discussion with different stakeholders
Should be able to create compressive documents/results and technical details for the business problem solved

First point of contact for all tech issues in production system
Mentor the new joiners and fresher's
Responsible for knowledge sharing for projects worked on- Maintains effective relationships with stakeholders/ coworkers; promotes positive and collaborative work environment
Prepares for, and adapts well to changing product/ business needs and priorities
Goes the extra mile to push for desired outcome from a team/ business perspective
