The HRP Integration Solutions Specialist is responsible for supporting, developing, and delivering TMF Group’s global HRP Integration Service to local, regional, and global clients. This role plays a critical part in enabling seamless data exchange between TMF systems and client HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, and SAP.
The position requires a strong combination of technical integration expertise, client-facing collaboration, solution optimization, and project delivery skills. Acting as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), the role supports onboarding, solution evolution, risk management, and pre‑sales activities while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and well-documented integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Delivery & Client Support
Provide professional support and technical input into TMF’s Integration Service offering for prospective and existing clients
Collaborate with Client Onboarding teams to ensure best-fit integration solutions aligned with client requirements
Support the rollout of integrations to new clients, including the introduction of new features and functionality
Ensure integrations are maintained and updated to reflect country-specific deviations and Workday or other HCM enhancements
Solution Development & Optimization
Support the development and delivery of TMF Integration Services for clients using various HCM platforms
Conduct periodic reviews of integration solution optimization and document proposed improvements
Work closely with IT Services to roadmap enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
Take ownership of the ongoing development and evolution of HRP integration solutions
Technical Leadership & SME Responsibilities
Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all global TMF HRP integration solutions
Lead business requirement gathering and own the blueprinting phase for complex client technology transformation projects
Build and maintain mapping documents to support data transformation for processing by TMF local offices
Track, escalate, and support resolution of solution and integration risks in collaboration with TMF or Client Project Managers
Documentation, Knowledge Sharing & Communication
Ensure all documentation related to HRP integrations is accurate, current, and appropriately shared
Deliver high-level training sessions, webinars, or internal communications as required
Contribute actively to internal forums and initiatives aimed at improving TMF’s global HRP offerings and onboarding processes
Pre‑Sales & Stakeholder Engagement
Support the Global Solutions Team in pre‑sales activities, including technical presentations to prospective and existing clients
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and TMF local delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
Key Requirements
Integration & Middleware Expertise
Strong understanding of web services and APIs to enable integration between HRIS platforms (Workday, Oracle, SAP)
Expertise in SOAP and REST API frameworks
Practical experience with:
Workday Integration Cloud / Cloud Connect
Oracle Integration Cloud
SAP integration tools such as SAP CPI
Data & Transformation
Strong SQL knowledge for data extraction, transformation, and ETL processes
Experience with XML and XSLT for data transformation and manipulation
Tools & Platforms
Advanced proficiency in MS Visio, PowerPoint, and Word for solution design and documentation
Intermediate proficiency in MS PMO, Power BI, and CRM tools
Experience using version control systems such as GIT or SVN
Development & Delivery
Experience working in Agile development methodologies
Ability to collaborate effectively with IT development teams and solution architects
Project Management Responsibilities
Maintain up‑to‑date project plans and internal documentation
Adhere to escalation processes for resourcing issues, delays, and delivery risks
Provide accurate and timely project updates to support forecasting and reporting
Monitor assigned projects, ensure timely issue resolution, and implement corrective actions
Conduct and document lessons learned and share insights with stakeholders
Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings
Mentor and support junior team members through constructive feedback and guidance
People & Collaboration Skills
Build strong, effective working relationships with peers and cross‑functional teams
Manage communication effectively across different organizational levels
Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
