We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview processes.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases effectively.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Prepare and negotiate offer letters in line with company policies.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external talent communities.
Stay updated on market trends, hiring strategies, and employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
