Investment Banker

Job Responsibilities:

1. Execute ECM transactions (IPOs, follow-ons, rights issues, block trades).
2. Manage deal teams, coordinate with syndicate partners, and communicate with clients.
3. Conduct market analysis, due diligence, and financial modelling.
4. Prepare marketing materials, investor presentations, and transaction documents.
5. Interact with regulators, exchanges, and other stakeholders.
6. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.

Qualification: . CA, CS and or LLB

Requirements:

1. 6-10 years of experience in ECM, investment banking, or related field.
3. Strong knowledge of ECM products, market dynamics, and regulatory framework.
4. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks.
