IT HCM Solution Architect

The Role

Weatherford is seeking an IT HCM Solution Architect to join our team in Mumbai,
India. This newly created role will lead the design of Oracle HCM solutions
across HR and the wider ERP landscape.

The role will support a major enterprise transformation, including the
replacement of financial systems. You will work closely with HR, IT, Finance,
ERP teams, implementation partners and senior stakeholders to ensure Oracle HCM
is designed, integrated and delivered effectively.

This role is suited to someone who can see the bigger picture, work well across
teams, and explain complex system solutions in a clear and practical way.

Responsibilities

* Lead Oracle HCM Cloud solution design across Core HR, Talent, Compensation,
Absence, Time and Labor, and Benefits 
* Design scalable HCM solutions that align with business and technology needs 
* Ensure Oracle HCM integrates effectively with Oracle ERP and other enterprise
systems 
* Act as a link between HCM and ERP implementation teams 
* Support proof of concepts, solution design, testing, deployment and
post-go-live activities 
* Design and document solution architecture, data flows and integration
requirements 
* Support integrations using HCM Extracts, HDL, HCM Data Loader, REST/SOAP APIs
and Oracle Integration Cloud 
* Partner with HR, IT, Finance and business leaders to understand needs and
recommend solutions 
* Provide guidance to project teams, consultants, vendors and senior
stakeholders 
* Support solution governance and Oracle Cloud best practice 

Experience & Qualifications

* 12+ years’ experience, with strong Oracle HCM experience 
* At least 3 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations 
* Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Talent,
Compensation, Absence, and Time and Labor 
* Good understanding of Oracle ERP and how HCM connects with Finance, Payroll,
Projects and other systems  
* Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, Fast Formulas and
REST/SOAP APIs 
* Experience designing end-to-end HCM solutions in complex environments 
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision 
* Strong communication and presentation skills 
* Ability to explain technical information clearly to senior stakeholders 
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities 
* Experience working with vendors, consultants or implementation partners 
* Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred 
* Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, security and Oracle ERP Cloud is
preferred
