Ciklum is looking for an IT HelpDesk Engineer to join our team full-time in
India.

organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business

About the role:

An IT HelpDesk Engineer provides the first line of technical support to all
Ciklumers and basic IT services of high quality. This role involves performing
day-to-day support tasks and resolving failure issues.

Responsibilities:

* Managing tickets on the Service Desk system
* Delegating tasks to the second and third lines of support
* Communicating with customers through Gmail, Google Chat, Google Meet, and
phone calls
* Providing daily user support with hardware and software issues
* Cooperating with other IT sub-departments to solve common IT issues
* Cooperating and communicating with other IT sub-departments to find the best
way to fix problems and improve IT service management
* Maintaining up-to-date both external (for customers) and internal (for the
team) documentation up-to-date
* Preparing, provisioning, and deprovisioning workstations for newcomers and
leavers
* Cooperating with the Procurement department
* Cooperating with IT service providers
* Managing IT assets and peripherals in the IT stock

Requirements:

* Technical background: Knowledge of administering Windows 10 and above, macOS,
and Microsoft products
* Problem-solving abilities: Diplomatic and analytical mindset, client-oriented
(client first) approach, calm attitude to challenging tasks
* Teamwork skills: To be a team player able to cooperate with the other team
members to fulfill daily tasks
* Understanding of the ITIL principles and good communication skills: To be
able to convey information clearly
* Stress resistance: To be able to remain calm in difficult or stressful
situations
* Self-improvement and self-education: To be eager to learn and to be ready to
search for better solutions with minimal input data
* English level: Intermediate or above
