Job Title IT Platform Analyst - SAP Functional - Sales & Logistics Job Description Job Responsibilities: Lead and independently drive global SAP SD implementations and solution delivery initiatives across Agile and DevOps environments. Act as SAP SD SME, providing functional and technical expertise for implementation, enhancement, and support projects with strong exposure to S/4HANA concepts such as Business Partner, Fiori Apps, aATP, Settlement Management, BRF+ Output Management, Embedded Analytics, and FSCM Credit and emerging technology trends. Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs), Solution Architects, Platform Solution Managers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and key stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver scalable end-to-end solution designs. Support solution/release planning, backlog grooming, estimation, validation, and feature-driven development to ensure high-quality delivery by scrum teams. Own and optimize end-to-end solution development processes, ensuring compliance with architecture principles, non-functional requirements, security, reliability, performance, and releasability standards. Identify opportunities to establish monitoring via MaaPs Identify and implement AI use cases across Sales and O2C processes to improve productivity and business outcomes. Apply Generative AI and AI-assisted delivery approaches during requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and support. Conversant with ECC → S/4HANA migration approaches (brownfield/greenfield/landscape transformation), SUM with DMO, SAP Readiness Check, simplification items and S/4 data model changes. Drive software quality through validation of test strategies, automation, regression testing, peer reviews, demos, and participation in Agile ceremonies. Support deployments, business onboarding, user training, change management, and capability demonstrations while recommending continuous improvements and platform innovations. Coordinate with DevOps and Operations teams to support incidents, service requests, change management, crisis handling, and business continuity across global time zones. Identify process improvement and Kaizen opportunities, reduce technical debt, and enhance application performance and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance, regulatory adherence, platform upgrades, and maintenance of solution guidelines and knowledge repositories aligned with OEM and organizational standards. Mentor and coach technical leads, developers, and new team members to strengthen team competency and technical capability development. Minimum required Education: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum required Experience: 12+ years SAP SD experience of at-least 10+ years At-least four full end to end implementation experience mandatory Exposure to all functional domains in SAP SD (Order Management, Pricing, Variant configuration, Availability, Cross selling, etc) Integration knowledge of SAP FI, SAP MM and SAP LE Integration with Satellite Systems Experience in working on 3rd party interfaces and FIORI Apps is recommended Working knowledge in S4 HANA, Cloud Solutions Preferred Certification: SAP Certification is an added advantage Lean Foundation Certification Preferred Skills: Good communication and presentation skills Worked in business/client facing role Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask Clarity of thought and vision Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table Adherence to timelines, without sacrificing quality of output Hands on and detail oriented, with a strong ability to co-ordinate across different Geographies and with different stakeholders Ability to manage multiple functions at same point of time Cross domain: clearly articulates problem statements to evolve solutions across domains Innovation is a creative thinker, develops new concepts and solutions across domains.
