IT Program Lead

🚀 Hiring: Delivery / Program Leader – GCC Setup & Scaling | Bengaluru (India)
We are looking for an experienced Delivery / Program Leader to drive the ramp-up and operations of IT teams within a Global Capability Center (GCC) in India.
👉 Must-have: Proven experience in setting up or scaling a GCC and leading global delivery teams.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Lead the ramp-up of IT teams in India, working closely with global stakeholders and leadership
Own program governance, performance tracking, and leadership dashboards
Manage end-to-end delivery, operations, KPIs/SLAs, and financial governance
Identify process & ramp-up gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering accountability and innovation
Align with business stakeholders on roadmaps, capacity planning, and delivery priorities
Facilitate steering committees and executive reviews
Drive Build-Operate-Transfer transitions, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer
Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
Champion change management and operational excellence
🧠 Skills & Experience:
Strong background in delivery & program management within global environments
Experience working with GCCs in India and global teams
Solid business acumen & financial management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders across geographies
Expertise in IT Applications / Product Engineering delivery
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in leadership roles within multinational organizations
Demonstrated success in team scaling, program delivery, and GCC environments
