Job Role: IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter (Domestic Hiring)
We are looking for dynamic IT Recruiters and Technical Recruiters to join our team. As a part of the recruitment process, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, managing, and closing positions for a range of IT and tech roles across industries. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with the added benefit of working with a diverse and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and clients.
Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Sourcing Talent: Use a variety of platforms including job portals, social media, and headhunting to source top-quality candidates.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Actively participate in all stages of recruitment from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and joining formalities.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand hiring requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Timely Position Closures: Consistently close open positions within deadlines.
Specialized Recruiting: Handle niche or specialized demands across IT and technical sectors.
Strong Negotiation: Use excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close candidates and offer competitive packages.
Self-Motivated: Independent, proactive, and driven to meet recruitment goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience of 2-6 years in IT recruitment or technical recruitment (domestic hiring).
Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
Ability to recruit for a variety of technical positions, including developers, engineers, and other IT professionals.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-quality candidates.
Excellent team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
