IT Service Owner

The IT Service Owner plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and
business continuity of our IT business services ecosystem. With a high degree of
independence, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of new IT services, from
initiation to decommission. Your responsibilities include managing the business
services ecosystem, facilitating governance meetings, executing quality
assurance, and supporting service roadmaps. Additionally, you will collaborate
with IT suppliers, monitor service costs and capacity, and ensure timely and
accurate asset & configuration management.
