Permanent Position Job Description: Job Summary The Learning Design & IT
Communication Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and
delivering global learning solutions and technical communications that enable
employees and IT teams to adopt systems, tools, and security practices
effectively. The role combines instructional design, learning experience design,
eLearning development, video production, and enterprise communication strategy
to support IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
initiatives. This role partners closely with IT leadership, cybersecurity teams,
project stakeholders, and global business users to create scalable training
programs, engaging learning experiences, and clear communications that drive
user adoption and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Learning Strategy
& Instructional Design Design and implement learning solutions using
Instructional Design frameworks such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy. Conduct
training needs analysis to identify skill gaps across global IT and business
teams. Develop structured curriculum plans, learning pathways, and training
programs for IT tools, cybersecurity, and operational processes. Design learning
experience strategies (LXD) to improve engagement, knowledge retention, and
performance outcomes. eLearning Development Develop interactive eLearning
courses using tools such as: Articulate Storyline 360 Articulate Rise 360 Build
scenario-based learning, simulations, quizzes, and knowledge assessments. Design
mobile-friendly and microlearning modules to support global users. Learning
Video Creation Create instructional and demonstration videos explaining IT
systems, applications, and workflows. Produce high-quality learning videos using
tools such as Camtasia or similar platforms. Plan scripts, storyboards,
animations, and voice-over production for training videos. Develop engaging
visual storytelling to simplify complex technical concepts. IT Communication &
Knowledge Management Develop and manage global IT communications related to:
System rollouts Security awareness Application changes Infrastructure updates
Outage notifications Draft executive-level communications for IT and
cybersecurity leadership. Create IT newsletters, awareness campaigns, and
internal communication materials to improve user engagement. SharePoint
Knowledge Portal Management Design and maintain SharePoint knowledge portals and
learning pages. Organize knowledge repositories including: User guides Training
materials Documentation Process workflows Improve discoverability and usability
of IT knowledge resources. Graphic & Digital Asset Creation Design visual
learning assets such as: Infographics Icons Learning illustrations Process
diagrams Training graphics Utilize graphic tools such as: Adobe Creative Cloud
Snagit Create visual assets for courses, training videos, and communications. AI
& Digital Learning Tools Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, video
production, learning design, and knowledge management. Explore automation and
AI-based tools to improve learning development efficiency. Integrate emerging
technologies to modernize digital learning experiences. Stakeholder & Project
Collaboration Partner with IT infrastructure teams, cybersecurity leaders, and
project managers to align training with business needs. Support global
initiatives by delivering training, documentation, and communications for system
implementations and transformations. Ensure timely delivery of learning assets
for enterprise technology programs. Required Skills & Experience Learning &
Instructional Design Strong experience in Instructional Design and Learning
Experience Design (LXD). Expertise in ADDIE methodology and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
Experience designing global corporate training programs. eLearning Development
Hands-on experience with: Articulate Storyline 360 Rise 360 Video Production
Experience creating instructional videos, product demonstrations, and animated
learning content. Proficiency with tools such as: Camtasia Video editing
software IT Communication Experience writing technical communications,
newsletters, announcements, and executive communications. Ability to simplify
complex technical topics for non-technical audiences. Digital Tools & Platforms
SharePoint page creation and maintenance Graphic design tools for learning
assets Knowledge management platforms AI & Emerging Technology Familiarity with
AI tools for content creation, automation, and digital learning enhancement.
Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Instructional Design,
Learning Development, or Digital Learning roles. Experience working with global
IT, cybersecurity, or technology teams. Experience delivering training for
enterprise systems, security awareness, or digital transformation initiatives.
