Job Title: Junior Associate / Associate - Data Steward Grade : C1 or C2 Shift: 2 pm to 11 pm IST Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore Introduction to role: Are you ready to turn healthcare master data into trusted insight that helps field teams reach the right clinicians, faster? Based in Bangalore, you will steward critical data across CRM and MDM that powers compliant engagement, precise territory alignment, and clear performance insight. You will work at the intersection of data quality and commercial execution—standardizing records, eliminating duplicates, and keeping systems in sync—so our teams can act with confidence and speed. In this role, your expertise will directly enable smarter decisions and timely action where it matters most. Accountabilities: Data Change Request Management: Process and validate HCP/HCO Data Change Requests using external sources to maintain accurate Health Care Master data and reduce downstream rework. Data Quality Initiatives: Identify, plan, and implement data quality improvements; set quality expectations and enforce data standards and guidelines to raise trust in operational data. Territory Alignment in Veeva Align: Maintain and optimize territory structures and hierarchies, manage MCCP activities, and support strategic realignments to increase field force efficiency and coverage. Testing and Integration Support: Deliver testing support for consent management and strategic data quality and data integration initiatives to safeguard compliant, reliable data flow. Data Operations at Scale: Perform mass data uploads, cleansing, enrichment, and updates to ensure completeness and consistency at speed. Record Matching and Analytics: Conduct matching and merging of HCM records based on validation; provide ad-hoc analyses and data extracts through distribution lists and ServiceNow to inform timely decisions. Prepare and manage monthly reporting of important metrics through Power BI dashboards, delivering accurate, timely insights for performance tracking and action. CRM–MDM Synchronization: Monitor and reconcile data flows between MDM, CRM, and other databases to keep HCM data aligned and current. Continuous Improvement and Automation: Identify efficiency opportunities and bring to bear AI-based solutions to automate workflows, improve turnaround times, and elevate data quality. Collaborator Collaboration: Partner closely with multi-functional teams, manage collaborator expectations, and deliver against agreed outcomes on time. Mentoring and Training: Coach less experienced team members to lift capability and sustain high-quality standards across the team. SOP and WI Governance: Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to reflect current business needs, processes, and data standards. Essential Skills/Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role Prior exposure to MDM tools and systems – Informatica, Veeva Network, Reltio. High proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying. Prior experience of Territory Management and familiarity with tools like Veeva Align, Veeva CRM. Industry Data knowledge – OneKey, Veeva Open Data, Definitive Health Care data, Payer Data etc. Desirable Skills/Experience: Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong knowledge of databases such as Snowflake, along with programming/query languages such as Python/SQL. Familiarity with MS Office Tools – Word, Excel, presentation software, and PowerBi Basic project management skills and should be detail oriented. Capable of managing multiple projects/requests simultaneously Work in teams, Collaborate and ensure Compliance.
