Job Purpose:
The E-commerce Key Accounts Manager is responsible for driving online revenue growth by managing and scaling relationships with major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces. The role involves end-to-end ownership of account performance, assortment planning, promotions, operations coordination, and data-driven decision-making to maximise visibility, conversions, and profitability.

What you’ll do:
Account Management:
Manage day-to-day operations and performance of key e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.)
Build strong relationships with category managers and platform stakeholders.
Ensure product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions are aligned with business goals.
Sales & Growth Ownership:
Own the P&L for assigned e-commerce accounts.
Develop and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
Monitor category trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Catalogue & Content Management:
Ensure accurate and high-quality product listings, A+ content, images, and SEO optimization.
Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for listing improvements. Conduct periodic audits to maintain listing hygiene.
Operations & Supply Chain Coordination:
Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure healthy stock levels and timely order fulfilment and delivery.
Analyse sell-through and recommend replenishment strategies.
Marketing & Promotions:
Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns, deals, and brand promotions.
Evaluate ROI on marketing spends (AMS, Flipkart Ads, coupons, deals, etc.).
Coordinate with platform teams during sale events like BBD, Prime Day, Festive Sales, EORS.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track daily/weekly/monthly performance: sales, traffic, conversions, returns, pricing, and ratings.
Analyse data and present insights to management with actionable recommendations.
Monitor account health metrics and take corrective actions proactively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, finance, operations, and marketing teams to align e-commerce strategies and reconciliations.
Ensure pricing and discounting strategies adhere to company policies
What you'll bring:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in e-commerce account management or online marketplace operations and strong understanding of marketplace dynamics
(Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart SP Dashboard, etc.).
Qualification: Bachelor's degree - Business, Marketing, Management
