Responsibilities:

Achievement of revenue targets, New Product Sales (NPS) for Siemens EDA, Siemens DISW, Qt, WR from North region customers for private accounts/ commercial market.
Forecasting and developing annual sales quota for region and ensuring that the quarterly and annual Sales targets are met.
Accurately Forecast business and funnel generation activities within the territory.
Develop , maintain, and execute a Territory plan for Automotive, Industrial, Semicon, Defense & new startups.
Develop and implement new sales/Marketing initiatives and strategies.
Work closely with the Application engineering team to ensure continuous customer demo/ support
Identify new market opportunities and accountable for new client acquisition as per the assigned targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of effective solution selling experience to commercial accounts from different industry vertical such as, Automotive, A&D suppliers, Industrial , Semicon, Engineering Services , Startups etc
Good track record in Sales quota achievement & new logos acquisition
Should have experience in selling and setting up meeting with Senior Executives and Department Heads
Strong work ethics and organized, quick learner.
